1 A project per client
Each house is its own project.
Start a project for every client and keep their contact details on it. Pro has no limit on projects, items, photo scans or locations.
2 Your crew
A role for everyone who works the house.
Owners run the project with you, workers catalogue, and family members look through the house and ask for things. Each role has its own join link, and you approve each person before they’re in.
3 Catalogue it
Photos in, names filled in.
The crew photographs room by room; KindlyQR names each item and files it where they’re standing. Print QR labels for the boxes.
4 Stages and tasks
Intake to wind-down, with the tasks for each.
Move each house through intake, cataloguing, pricing and prep, the sale and wind-down. Starter tasks are added for you; add your own. Before the sale, send the family a last call for anything they still want.
5 The record
The family decides. You keep the record.
Family members join free, see the house from wherever they live and ask for what they want. At the end, the final report shows every item and where it went: who took it, what sold, what was given away.

Where do my crew and I work?
The catalogue, sharing, labels and reports work in any browser. The project tools (stages, tasks, crew roles and join links) are in the KindlyQR phone app, which is in testing now and not yet in the App Store or Google Play.
Do my clients or their families pay?
No. Everyone you invite to a project joins free: family, crew and the client.
How many clients can I run at once?
As many as you need. Pro has no limit on projects, items, photo scans or locations.
What can family members do?
Members look through the house and ask for what they want; owners run the project with you and can approve requests and invite people. You choose each person’s role when they join.
What do I hand over at the end?
The final report: every item and where it ended up. The full inventory also downloads as a spreadsheet, free.
