Photograph the item and KindlyQR's Gemini-powered scanning identifies and catalogs it for you. You can add one item at a time or several from a single photo. Every item lands in a location/container you choose and gets its own record you can edit.

There are three: Manual (type it in), Identify One (photograph a single item), and Identify Multiple (identify several items from one photo — currently in beta). Pick whichever fits what you're cataloging.

KindlyQR is hierarchical: Locations hold Containers, containers can hold Sub-containers, and items live inside. Browse and search everything from the Items page with filters and sort. It mirrors how a home is actually organized.

Containers generate printable QR cover pages you can attach to a box or drawer; scanning the code opens that container's record. It turns any physical container into a link to its contents.

View (see only), Edit (add and change items), and Admin (manage sharing too). You can also grant borrowing permission. Set these per person and per scope.

Yes. Invite someone by email at view, edit, or admin level, and choose the scope — your whole inventory, a single location, or one container. You can also share with a whole group at once. Access is enforced at the database level, so people only ever see what you shared.

Use an Estate project: everyone works from the same catalog with roles (manager, owner, worker, member), and you can bring people in with a join link or QR code. Flag heirlooms and their intended recipient, and export a clean report when you're done.

Open an item and list it with a price, category, and description. Buyers discover listings by distance, and you choose whether a listing is public or subscribers-only. Listings auto-expire after 90 days.

You get a public storefront and can offer up to three subscription tiers. Payments run on Stripe Connect (Express onboarding), and the platform fee is 10% of a sale. Higher tiers see everything lower tiers see.

Free includes 300 items (soft cap), 50 AI scans per month, 1 location, and 1 group. Plus is $49/year (unlimited items, scans, locations, groups, plus insurance PDF).
